I worked at 24 hour fitness for 1 year, I loved the culture when I first started, we opened a new club and it was full of excitement. The community and team members took great pride in the new club. I had the opportunity to work a different clubs over that year in various positions. The culture is second to none, team members become your friends/family almost. Leadership varies per location.
