For August, Honda continues to shun cash-back incentives (which has been the case for almost all of last year as well). With leasing, most models don't have as good a deals as in past months, with the 2019 Honda Civic having the best bang for the buck.
While their advertised lease deals on many of their models aren't that good on paper, they're still what I would consider 'okay' deals - just be sure to negotiate them lower and you should be good to go. I will give Honda credit though for keeping incentives and pricing on their vehicles straightforward compared to other manufacturers.
